K Show is the perfect time to introduce new technologies onto the market. This year SIGMA Engineering GmbH will show visitors at their stand how simulation and real production correlate. At the K Show the focus of the demonstration lies on how SIGMASOFT® helps more and more processors to optimize part and mold design, as well as to understand the reason for problems in existing processes and to verify potential solutions.

Hands-On Virtual Molding 

“Hands-on Virtual Molding” is SIGMA’s motto at K 2016. At the SIGMA booth (Hall 13, B31) visitors get the chance to gain an entirely new perspective on the SIGMASOFT® Virtual Molding technology and its usage along the complete part development chain. During the K 2016 SIGMA Engineering presents for the first time virtual and real production in parallel within the same booth. The virtual production helps identifying possible challenges before mold manufacturing and allows testing possible counter measures without risk. To use the complete potential from SIGMASOFT® Virtual Molding, the user has the SOLUTION SERVICE at hand – a team of engineers and technicians with profound experience in processes, materials and modelling. Additionally our Solution Service offers you competent support when setting up a project, as well as in the evaluation and analysis of the different results.
